A RUSH-TC ID is required for anyone using RUSH-TC.  No exceptions!

Q: Is RUSH Training Center just a skate park?

  • No, RUSH Training Center is a true action sports training center designed and dedicated to helping anyone with the desire to learn or advance their skills in snowboarding, skateboarding, wakeboarding or freestyle bike riding.  In addition to a skate park, this world class facility also includes two snow training lanes, a wakeboard air awareness zone and a foam pit!

Q: Is RUSH Training Center a safe environment for my child?

  • RUSH Training Center is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment.  Requiring every participant to maintain a current RUSH-TC ID is an example of one of many steps we take to help ensure the safety participants at RUSH-TC.  Our premier youth programs are all instructed by a devoted staff with years of experience working with youth in the action sports industry, and all are CPR and First Aid certified.

Q: I've always wanted to learn an action sport, but have always been afraid of hurting myself.  Can RUSH Training Center help?

  • The RUSH Training Center staff has spent years developing some of the best and safest progression-based training techniques available.  All RUSH-TC programs are progression based and instructors take participant skill level into account before developing an instructional plan.  Even if you've NEVER stepped on a snowboard, skateboard or wakeboard, RUSH Training Center can help you safely learn the fundamentals you'll need to achive a lifetime of action sports fun!

Q: What if I am already an advanced rider?  Does RUSH Training Center offer anything for me?

  • RUSH Training Center is the dream facility for intermediate to advanced riders!  RUSH-TC has state of the art training equipment, professional instructors, and conveniently located lodging for extended training.

Q: Is is okay to bring food and drink into the facility?

  • No outside food or drink is allowed in the facility.

RUSH Training Center ID Information

Q: Are you required to have a valid RUSH-TC ID to use the training center?

  • Yes, all RUSH Training Center users must have a current RUSH-TC ID and are required to present it each time they enter the facility.

Q: How much does a RUSH-TC ID cost?

  • The processing fee for a RUSH-TC ID is $10.00, and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Q: What if I lose my RUSH-TC ID card?

  • A $5.00 replacement fee will be assessed for a new ID card.  A RUSH-TC ID is required for entry into RUSH Training Centers.

Q: Are you required to bring my RUSH-TC ID with me each time I use the facility?

  • Yes, it is mandatory to scan your RUSH-TC ID card each time you enter the facility.  If you forget your card, it is possible to manually look up your membership information 3 times before charging a $1.00 manual check in fee for each visit without a valid RUSH-TC ID.

Q: Why are all riders required to have a RUSH Training Center ID card?

  • The RUSH-TC ID fees cover insurance and waiver and safety information proccessing.  The RUSH-TC picture ID card is an effective tool for RUSH-TC staff to assure memberships are used in accordance to the membership agreement.  The RUSH-TC ID allows quick identification for entry, payments and fast access to emergency contact information.  Misuse of RUSH-TC memberships (including allowing anyone other than yourself to use your RUSH-TC ID) may lead to immediate termination of RUSH-TC Membership without refund.  Vandalism, fighting, or drug use are some infractions that are in violation of the RUSH-TC membership agreement.

Q: Are RUSH-TC ID processing fees refundable?

  • Once you are issued a RUSH-TC ID, there are no regular or pro-rated refunds on the processing fee.

RUSH Training Center Membership Information

Q: Do I have to be a RUSH-TC member to train, take lessons, participate in events, reserve time at the facility, etc?

  • No, but RUSH-TC membership benefits include discounts on training, lessons, camps, event entry and private rentals.  Members are also eligible for access to members-only sessions, events and clinics.

Q: How do I become a member at RUSH-TC?

  • All riders are required to have a valid RUSH-TC ID.  Becoming a member is easy: simply pick the membership that best fits your training needs, and enroll with us today!

Q: What are the benefits of becoming a member at RUSH-TC?

  • RUSH-TC Members are eligible for use of the training center during prime hours, substantial discounts on services such as lessons, private training, event entry and more.  Members also recieve preferred enrollment in all camps, after-school programs, clinics and are allowed to book members-only after-hours sessions.

Q: Do RUSH-TC Members get discounts in the RUSH-TC pro-shop?

  • Yes, current members get a 10% discount at the RUSH-TC pro-shop!

Q: Are lessons, camps, private training sessions and services like that included in my RUSH-TC Membership?

  • No, although RUSH-TC Members do get a substantial discount on services and special access to Members-Only sessions, events and clinics.  Specialty programs such as lessons, camps and private training sessions are not included in the price of a RUSH-TC Membership.

Q: Can a RUSH-TC Membership be put on hold?

  • Yes, a hold fee of $20.00 will be assessed.  RUSH-TC Memberships can only be placed on hold once per membership term.

RUSH Training Center Required Safety Equipment

Q: What equipment do I need to bring?

  • Based on activities you'll be participating in while at RUSH Training Center, you should bring the appropriate safety equipment, personal training equipment (snowboard, skateboard, wakesurf, wakeboard) and towel.

Q: Are helmets required at RUSH Training Center?

  • Yes, for all snowboard and skateboard sessions.  (Repeat offenders not wearing a helmet will have their membership terminated without refund.)

Q: What other pads are required?

  • We recommend everyone use elbow and knee pads when skateboarding.  ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 10 YEARS MUST WEAR ELBOW AND KNEE PADS.
